Say only 40 people attend your trivia night (this is very conservative).
And let’s say each person buys a meal or snacks as well as a couple of drinks at your venue (again this is very conservative; many buy main meals or entrees,
desserts and numerous drinks from the bar). Not only this, over the 2 hour period, many patrons visit the gaming area.
Now, say an average meal and drinks on your menu totals $25 per person, then that is $1,000 in revenue in 2 hours and in one night for a game which only
costs from $77
Remember, this is only with 40 people.
(If you had 60 people each trivia night, you’d turn over $1,500 – even if each patron only spends $25).
